SMART Learning as New Educational Model through the Eyes of Teachers and Students

چکیده
The paper analyzes teachers’ and students’ attitude to a newly accepted SMART learning model, reveals peculiarities of education. Relying on the conducted analysis, authors identify how well teachers students are familiar with conception, discover specificity introducing technologies in educational institutions Belgorod region. Scientific originality study involves revealing essence as new model recently implemented different levels. research allows drawing following conclusions: accept importance recognize potential environment improving process quality, however, they failed develop subjective position problem introduction.
